This is after many attempts, trial and error, and hard work 🙂
Yes, it looks simple but anybody that has tried to make Martabak Manis will agree that this is not the easiest among other Indonesian cuisine. If we live in Indonesia, I don’t think Siska will bother to make it herself but to go straight away to our favorite stall.
But seriously this is not bad at all, especially if you are far away from Indonesia.
Btw, the key ingredients are brought from Indonesia.
