Steps:
For the Marinated Chicken:
- Combine all ingredients together in 1 bowl, stir well
- Add the chicken, combine well
- Let it marinade, while we are preparing the vegetable (overnight in a fridge is better, but 10min will do it’s job)
For the Vegetable:
- Heat up the pan
- Add the oil, once it is hot enough, add the: Garlic, Ginger, Chilli Padi. Stir for a couple of second
- Add the carrot, cook for a while
- Add the Marinated Chicken, with all the sauce
- Add a bit of water
- Cook until chicken ¾ cooked
- Add white pepper
- Add the green bean and paprika
- Stir well, adjust the taste (sugar? Salt?)
- Add the thickening agent (can add water if too thick)
- Cook for a while (make sure the chicken is cooked through!!), ready to serve
Note: You can replace the chicken with chicken fillet/pork/beef
